We have over 100 cable tv channels availble in our classrooms. The black box sitting atop your projector is the cable tv box (which is analog.)
To view the cable channels:
turn on your projector
press the red power button on your black tv remote (each classroom has their own TRUlink tv remote, it may be located in the silver box where the amplifier is.)
If only half of the image is appearing on the screen press the Auto Position button on your small gray LCD remote.
If you need to watch a VHS tape or DVD over the entire school or in your classroom, then you can bring it to one of the media specialist who will play it for you on the system.
- VCR 1 is Channel 92
- VCR 2 is Channle 93
Troubleshooting
Your cable tv, lcd projector, elmo presenter and docking station are all interconnected.
There is no need to ever press the input button on your cable tv remote.
The cable tv should only be used for insturctional purposes. The LCD projector lamps are extremely expensive and should not be used for viewing personal purposes.
